We want you to love your eco-friendly home care products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that bottles are unopened and packaging remains in its original condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique return authorization code.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully package your items in their original Wilton London shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent leakage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix your return label and drop the parcel off at your nearest local post office or designated courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
